The location is excellent and very close to the Haram. It is surrounded by all the services you might need, including shops, restaurants, and a supermarket located directly above. The food was good, and the price was very reasonable for the location.
View was good, location was great. Room was clean. We were a little disappointed by the shower drain but otherwise our stay was comfortable and met all our needs.

The Room Attendant Ibrahim Patel was very friendly and worked around my schedule to make sure the was cleaned and restocked before I returned to the room. Breakfast was a delight. The location was the best of all my trips thus far.
location and building design is fantastic. Not too crowded as the makkah clock tower. the travellator is great to bypass the mall crowd. Breakfast could be much better and it does looks sad to be honest. Understood that the room is a bit dated although loves the louvers. Dont mind the loose furniture at all, mattres is very comfy but wondering about the carpet cleanliness. Bathroom is fine but the shower drain is the biggest problem. the water does not drain properly. Water build up and it gets very uncomfortable.
Receptionist Rahaf was very nice and welcoming. Receptionist Rayan was amazing as well and he went above and beyond to help me and my son.
A prime location for visiting the Haram, with access to the Umrah via Gate 79 and Gate 84 for both men and women for daily prayers. The room is a bit small, but the bath more than makes up for it.

This hotel is the best when compared to the hotels located in the Clock Tower buildings. I have stayed in Mövenpick, Pullman Zamzam, Swissotel Al Maqam, and Raffles. Makkah Hotel has easy access to Haram; in less than 5 minutes, you will be in Haram from your hotel room, unlike the hotels located in the clock tower, which usually take 15 minutes. There aren't any long waiting periods/lines to get on the elevators like the Clock Tower hotels, in Makkah Towers, it's smooth in and out. I highly recommend this hotel; it is almost the same price as others, but the location and access to Haram is much easy and trouble-free. The Mall under Makkah Hotel has food courts and a grocery departmental store.
